iQ-Climate Chamber

The iQ-Climate Chamber creates different temperature scenarios for camera performance testing. It is currently the only device on the market for testing your camera system in a temperature-controlled environment.

The iQ-Climate Chamber consists of a bundle that includes the climate chamber and the Universal Camera Mount (UCM) with a temperature range of -40 °C to 120 °C*. Temperature test sequences can be programmed directly on the device.

To perform a test, the camera will first need to be mounted in the device with the lens pointing out of the side window. The test target is located outside of the chamber should be set up perpendicular to the optical axis.

The iQ-Climate Chamber will greatly benefit almost all industries that work with cameras in revolving temperature environments. It will be particularly beneficial for testing automotive and security cameras, which are required to perform at the highest level regardless of the weather conditions.

ADAS testing

ADAS cameras in particular can experience performance issues with fluctuating temperatures, and as such, these systems much be rigorously tested in a lab before they are safe for use in cars. A special camera mount designed to support almost every camera is included in the device*.

Control software comes with the device, but test sequences can also be generated directly on the device with a touchpad. For analyzing the test results, we recommend using the iQ-Analyzer-X.

The device comes with a rolling cart for easy movability.

* The functionality of the UCM may not be able to cover the entire temperature range.
